Lego for Agile in BSUIR
Today, our students used Lego to explore Agile approach to software development.
To introduce students how to plan and run agile projects we askedthem to make some things out of lego bricks.
They were devided into two groups. Requirements were written on sticks.
When students get together to learn how to play Lego, this may seem like one big event in building a team. Together they solve and discuss all the features of the task, set priority tasks and look for a solution together.
This helps to assimilate the basic principles of Agile without memorizing a lot of theory.
