Opening access to the Scopus database and the SciVal platform.

Test access to the Scopus abstract database and SciVal platform is open in the BSUIR network.

Access can be obtained by both employees and students, undergraduates and graduate students of the university.
The Scopus database is updated daily and includes:
- full amount of metadata received from publishers;
- information from specialized databases of Elsevier (for example, Embase, Compendex, etc.), as well as the main databases of other publishers (for example, Medline);
- author's profiles with detailed information about the author and an assessment of his scientific activity;
- profiles of organizations with detailed information and assessment of their scientific activities;
- an analytical tool that allows you to compare journals by various bibliometric indicators (CiteScore, SNIP, SJR).
For additional analysis, you can use SciVal, an online platform for monitoring and analyzing international scientific research, based on the Scopus database, which provides up-to-date aggregated information on the main indicators of publication activity for your author's profile.
