We recently talked about soft and hard skills. And what is it? Write in the comments which one you think is especially important in the 21st century, and meanwhile we’ll tell you what the difference is.
Hard skills show that you are great for a particular job. No one is born with them.
For example, this is programming, budgeting, or the ability to assemble a computer.
Soft skills are part of your personality, although it can be learned too.For example, you communicate well with colleagues and they trust you or you are responsible, do your job quickly and efficiently, people can rely on you.
One of the tasks of the MASIST project along with hard skills is to teach students soft skills and thereby prepare first-class specialists!
