Dissemination of experience of organizing and participating in MaCICT event - International Student's Project "Software Development in large teams": environment, course events, learning materials, communication tools and working tools. Sharing experience of real participants (teachers and students): benefits and difficulties. Presenting basics of Scrum. Attracting students to participate in Scrum-course conducted by ITU in fall semester 2020/2021. 8 students were selected.
Infodays
On infodays were invited stakeholders from different professional areas. This is a great opportunity to integrate not only hard skills, but to take into account soft skills. Involvement of the stakeholders with different backgrounds allows to spread news about the project's work and success for the wider audience, as well as to involve new participants in the development and dissemination of the project.
Employers are interested in master students and attract them into their companies just on such events as infodays. They have a great opportunity to interview master students just on the spot. For example, some employers left questionnaires for graduate students to fill out and resume forms, as well as their contacts.
